We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to help shape our all-in-one privacy solution and join our mission to show the world that protecting your privacy online can be simple.
In this role, you will be vital in empowering team members at DuckDuckGo to contribute meaningfully, engage socially, and love where they work. As the person who brings everyone together, you'll support the team through critical points in the employee life cycle, organize our company-wide and in-person meetups, and have fun along the way.
Leveraging your comprehensive administration experience, you'll help us scale processes as we continue to grow globally and enable team members to self-serve where possible, providing coaching, connecting them with benefits, and more. You'll join a team of People Ops professionals who value inclusion, mutual support, and authentic connection and are committed to growing your career.

Annual compensation: $115,000 USD and stock options.
